The Body Love Challenge

The Body Love Challenge is a 12 week challenge that focuses on your health and well being. With a qualified Personal Trainer and qualified Dietitian you receive 3 group training sessions a week 6:00am or 5:30pm mon, wed,fri, as well as weekly meal plans and tips.

Our Focus is your health and fitness, we want you to be your best you and live life to the fullest. The aim for this challenge is to allow our participants to reach their goals without feeling self conscious or feel as though they have to be deprived of the things they love.

Starter pack – $200

Advanced pack- $300

  • 3 x one on one personal training sessions
